Presentation of the Universal Kingdom and Government Program to All Nations of the World

The Office of the Royal Universal Monarch hereby announces that the Universal Kingdom and Government Program has been formally presented to all nations of the world through their Permanent Missions to the United Nations in New York. This presentation marks the beginning of the final global processes required to establish the Universal Kingdom and Government, a world‑wide constitutional and institutional order designed to secure universal peace, universal security, universal prosperity, and universal unity for all humanity.
As stated in the official communication sent to all Permanent Missions, “This is a presentation of the Universal Government work to the family of nations of the world. A copy of this email and the attached document is sent to all the nations of the world through their permanent missions to the United Nations for their respective governments.”
Understanding the Universal Kingdom and Government Program
The Universal Kingdom and Government Program is the culmination of twenty‑two years of development and fifteen years of research, establishing a comprehensive transformation of the institutions of world order. As described in the presentation:
“The Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution creation transformed the powers of intergovernmental organisations, and those of the great, medium, and small nations’ powers into a Universal Agglomeration of Power that creates a powerful Universal Legal Order… leaving only the powerful Universal Legal Order and diplomacy as the remaining institutions of universal order to make all wars impossible.”
The Program introduces:
- A Universal Legal Order capable of abolishing war and the balance of power
- A Universal Kingdom and Government composed of a Divine Universal Sovereign Monarchical Government and a World Order Constitutional Government in equilibrium
- A Universal Economic Order designed to converge all nations’ GDP and per‑capita incomes to the highest global levels within 10–15 years
- A unified global system capable of delivering universal justice, prosperity, and stability

What Nations Are Asked to Do
All governments are formally requested to take the following step:
Place the Universal Kingdom and Government Program on the Agenda of the United Nations.
As stated in the communication to all missions:
“All the governments of the nations of the world should present the Universal Government work to the United Nations… so that, driven by the United Nations, the order of WBS‑Work Breakdown Structure above can commence and be completed.”
Once placed on the UN agenda, the world’s nations—facilitated and coordinated by the United Nations—will undertake the following:
- Draft the full Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution. The Constitution as can be found on the website forms the cornerstone and foundation for the complete text.
- Adopt the Constitution through incorporation into all national and intergovernmental constitutions. This adoption will automatically establish the Universal Kingdom and Government Order in universal law, universal agreement, and universal policy.
- Create all Universal Kingdom and Government institutions. These institutions will establish the Universal Legal Order and Universal Justice.
- Create the Universal Single Market Economic Order. Including universal ownership of natural resources, a universal single currency, universal taxation, universal treasury, and universal central bank.
These steps constitute the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) described in Section 6 of the official document.
Global Funding Appeal
The Program’s world‑wide implementation processes cannot begin without financial support. As stated:
“They have not yet begun because of the lack of funds. The contribution of funds by nations for the work processes that are detailed in the attached document is needed to begin the processes.”
Governments, institutions, and intergovernmental organizations are requested to act on the Contribute Fund document provided to all missions.
