CONCLUSION: THE UNIVERSAL AGGLOMERATION OF POWER AND ITS UNIVERSAL KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT ORDER: THE UNIVERSAL GRAND STRATEGY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF UNIVERSAL JUSTICE.

The creation of Universal Kingdom and Government as an universal grand strategy for the establishment of universal Justice is laying a powerful universal governmental power foundation of good governance for order of peace, security, prosperity, and unity universally that exceeds in all proportions, measures, and dimensions those currently experienced and that exist in the most advanced and prosperous nations in the world for life that exceed life enjoyment lived within those nations to be lived across all the time and space of the world. The beneficiaries of the project are all the world’s nations and humankind
With the adoption of the Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution by all nations and intergovernmental organizations through the constitution incorporation into their constitutions, universal peace and security will be established through the stipulations of the constitution according to which;
- All world order peace and security institutions and law enforcement institutions and forces shall come under the control and command of Universal Kingdom Government and no nation, organization or body acting alone shall control or command its order, peace, and security forces.
- On the use of universal order peace and security services and forces; it shall be by majority vote of Universal Parliament, the World Continental Council, and the World Family of Nations Council but their command shall rest in the authority of the Divine Universal Sovereign Monarch. Universal order, peace, and security, and law enforcement institutions and forces shall be a common universal institution of Universal Kingdom.
- All the world’s armaments shall be monopolized by the Universal Kingdom Government.
In this nature of order of things, it will be futile to contemplate war, or the breaking of the universal order of peace and security so created, and therefore, would not even be contemplated as something to undertake, for Universal Kingdom Government monopoly and use of force will be so overwhelming and unchallengeable for any undertaking that will break order, peace, and security. And this also means that the overwhelming universal force need not be used, and universal order of peace and security will be secured and preserved.
Through the adoption of the Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution by all nations and intergovernmental organizations, the Universal Economic Order for universal prosperity foundation will also be laid that will achieve universal economic development, growth, and prosperity.
The order of the overwhelming universal force and the Universal Economic Order complement each other. Order of peace and security is needed for a stable universal economic order and its working and activities, and economic prosperity is necessary for the preservation of a stable order. This will mean the enjoyment of economic prosperity in a universal order of peace and security while facing all other humankind and its nations problems in unity to solve them.
The universal grand strategy, therefore, is to create universal power for the best universal governance for the establishment of Universal Justice whose principles are universal power for universal order of universal peace, security, prosperity and unity. The Universal Economic Order is a universal grand strategy to create universal economic power for universal economic development, growth, and prosperity. The universal Kingdom and Government order creates a powerful Universal Legal Order and universal unity power policy for solving humankind and her family of nations problems. Powerful governmental power for good governance that preserves Universal Justice, economic power of prosperity, and unity in problems solving for solutions forms the bedrock of what makes life happy for all the members of that community be they individuals or nations. We shall have here a Universal Kingdom and Government order of established Universal Justice.
In the universal development of humankind world history, development here means not necessarily progress or retrogression, but rather, certain paths and trajectories, from the dawn of recorded world history, the changes, trends, breakdown, and reversals, the static and the continues, in world politics and its international legal order, a set of developments in every aspect of world nations’ life. Be that development in science and technology, international war, ever shifting constellations of power, shifting prosperity, or unstable peace, security, and order. Developments that contain within it the potential to make the world a better place, at the same time, could spell its doom. For every international legal order built in every epoch has as its foundations, ever more destructive dynamites in the form of ever more dangerous and destructive weapons of war that will reduce it to rubble, humankind is unable to rest secure within the roofs of those international legal orders. Where are we in this moment of history? How did we get here and where are we going? These are philosophy of universal history and eschatological questions. Can we regress or will we progress? For regression and progress are the opposite sides of the same coin in the development of the world’s universal history. And development does not mean humankind and the world’s nations have overcome the perils and dangers of the past, never to regress. Development also needs an answer to the question: What direction and what will be the fate of that journey? Will it be a happy ending, or will it end in disaster greater than was overcome?
Are we consolidating our progress or will the fate that awaits humanity be destructive of all it has gained? For as cutting-edge science and technology have improved the life of humankind, so also it can spell its destruction through modern-day science and war technology in their designs in general, and in nuclear weapons in particular. This work is concerned with universal economic prosperity and global total wars and its universal banishment, it is concerned with the universal order that would make that ban on war possible, and all forms of war, aggressive, defensive, domestic, international, or global total war. How can that universal order be built? Looking at the vast span of recorded history, such order has never been possible to build. Considering the unpredictability and the uncertainties and dangers that characterize global politics, the increasing destructiveness of weapons of war, and the fate of humankind should a third global total war become actual in the 21st century, this work is met to build and keep standing, that universal order in which war is banned and impossible, and for perpetuity. And as such, it is a work for eternal purposes. The eternal purpose of this work is the eternal establishment of “Universal Justice”, with universal justice conceptualized as constituted and embodied with the fundamental elemental principles of universal power, order, peace, security, unity, and prosperity whose establishment demand and necessitate the creation of a universal Kingdom of the unity of all nations and regions under a universal monarchical government based on the universal agglomeration of power that is a universal legal order in equilibrium for the making and the rule of enforceable universal law for the establishment of that universal justice in the universe.
Humankind and its world nations are at a crossroad at the dawn of the third millennium, On the one hand, does it perpetrate global international anarchy with its dangers of global total wars? On the other side, does it continue to struggle for global order by mitigating the dangers of international anarchic state of war through inter-governmental organizations and all international political methods of global governance that have been fruitlessly tried as a world divided into separate sovereign entities in possession of military capabilities within the international legal order of that international anarchy while hoping for the best and counting on all the power at their respective disposal to survive the flood of the storm that is global politics? Or does humanity move forward building on its universal organic development toward freedom from want and fear through the universal order of universal monarchical Kingdom constitutional government that is a universal legal order that God has created. It is time for universalism’s universal government through the universal legal order of the making and the rule of enforceable universal law and diplomacy for universal safe and happy future.
