THE WORK (THE TRANSFORMATION OF WORLD ORDER)
I. The Nature of the Transformation
The Universal Kingdom and Government Program transforms:
- international anarchy → universal order
- state sovereignty → universal sovereignty
- voluntary law → enforceable universal law
- national militaries → universal enforcement power
- competitive armaments → universal monopoly of force
- global inequality → universal prosperity
II. Purpose
The transformation exists to:
- establish universal justice
- unify the family of nations
- abolish war
- ensure universal prosperity
- maintain universal order
III. Mechanism
Transformation occurs through:
- the Universal Constitution
- the Universal Agglomeration of Power
- the Universal Legal Order
- the Universal Economic Order
- the Universal Peace and Security Order
IV. WBS-WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE: The structure of work is in the following order.
- The Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution that is presented in this website forms the cornerstone and foundation to be built around in the writing of a full Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution. The first work to do then is for the World Family of Nations to come together and write the full Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution in processes that will be facilitated and driven by the United Nations.
- The second work to do is the adoption of that full written Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution by all the nations of the world and all their intergovernmental organizations. The Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution should be adopted through incorporation into every nation and intergovernmental organizations of the world Constitutions with all the due processes that will also be facilitated and driven by the United Nations. The adoption of the Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution by all the nations and intergovernmental organizations of the world will automatically create Universal Kingdom and Government Order in Universal Law, Universal Agreement and Universal Policy.
- The Divine Universal Sovereign Monarch, the United Nations and the World Family of Nations will then create all the Universal Kingdom and Government institutions as are to be found in the Universal Kingdom and Government Constitution that has been adopted through incorporation. Then the Universal Agglomeration of Power that is Universal Kingdom and Government, forming a Universal Legal Order in essence, will be established for the establishment of Universal Justice through the making and the rule of enforceable universal law and diplomacy.
